I don't believe I can comment directly on your request for more threads, so I'll add it here. I don't know that we're doing so bad. 46 members isn't a huge number. Commenting on other people's threads is much more common than starting new ones. And, we have very few (none I think) of the "help me with my homework" type of student. In my experience, they start a lot of threads, they just never contribute their own thoughts. Also, it's summer and Shakespeare discussion sites typically slow down this time of year. Both students and teachers are on vacation. Give it time, activity will pick up.

I know we're not doing badly. In fact, I'm really proud of how far the board has come so quickly. I was just concerned that members were getting bored. I just wanted to invite members to start new conversations; keep things lively.
By the way, I changed the announcements section so that you can reply now. You just can't start your own topic. I think it makes more sense that way. Sorry for the confusion.
