Not much luck yet. When I start unpacking later today, I'll see if I can find any books that might turn up some information.

Thank you so much. It's funny coz apparently there is a good record of that 1st Faustus production!

Yup. The problem isn't the record itself, but rather the fact that no one gaves a damn about Marlowe anymore. Grrrrrrr.
My books are buried for the moment, but I'm still looking. If you happen to be near a bookstore, the Oxford World Classics edition probably mentions it in some detail in the preface.

Happy to be of help. If I find anything, I'll let you know. In the meantime, best of luck with your search. If you happen to catch Bardolph when he's here, he seems to be knowledgable about many useful internet resources. Perhaps he can help.

Thank you! If Bardolph sees these messages he might post something. I think I'm giving up soon though, but thanks ever so much.

Congrats on doing well on your exam! I'm sorry we weren't of more help. I feel a bit like Prospero at the moment; powerless without my books. Moving sucks, in case any of you didn't already know that

Sadly, most of my possessions are still in boxes. I'm begining to feel like I'M packed in a box. I hope to be settled by mid-August, at which point, you'll see Ganymede and I participating at the Tavern more often, as well. This has been the most tiresome summer Best of luck on your exam, by the way. I'm sorry I wasn't able to help more.

Poor you! It must be hard with so much of your stuff in boxes, hope you're more settled now! Don't be sorry, the information did not turn out to be vital anyway!
